Spanning a combined 1 million square feet and joining Related's coveted Lifestyle Office collection, 15 CityPlace and 10 CityPlace set forth an exciting vision of downtown West Palm as a multifaceted destination for employees to enjoy all year long.

Related Ross is pleased to announce that Phase I of CityPlace has taken home Project of the Year at the 2024 ULI Vision Awards for Southeast Florida and Caribbean. This coveted honor recognizes how the transformation of CityPlace into a vibrant urban center is leaving a lasting positive impact on West Palm Beach, culminating in a well-connected and lush lifestyle neighborhood to live, work and visit in South Florida. CityPlace is leading the way on community engagement, sustainability and innovation in South Florida, including the development of Class-A office tower 360 Rosemary and the opening of The Laurel, Related Ross’ first luxury rental building.

Related Ross is proud to announce that Class A office building CityPlace Tower won 2024's The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award for the U.S.' Southern Region. Granted by BOMA Fort Lauderdale and The Palm Beaches, this accolade recognizes CityPlace Tower's excellence in building management and operations within the 250,000-499,999 square foot category.

In West Palm Beach, Related Ross' team joined Mayor Keith A. James and local community members for the grand opening of The Laurel, a new luxury rental residence in the heart of CityPlace. The Laurel presents a luxury residence combining a contemporary South Florida lifestyle with 38,000 square feet of resort-style amenities. The Laurel offers residents one- to three-bedroom residences featuring stunning views of the Intracoastal, Atlantic Ocean and the cityscape, as well as luxurious two- to three-bedroom Penthouse Collection residences.

Earlier this year, Related Ross brought together the South Florida community at Phillips Point to celebrate the construction milestones of office tower One Flagler. Related’s design and development team joined City of West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James, community partners, tenants, business leaders and members of the brokerage community for sunset hard hat tours of One Flagler, which is set to open later this year.

In partnership with renowned architectural firm Roger Ferris + Partners, Related Ross has revealed luxury residence Shorecrest, which incorporates a waterfront location and a unique façade offering panoramic ocean and city views. Shorecrest's one- to four-bedroom condominium residences blend warm interiors by Rottet Studio, lush landscape design by DSBoca and an enriching amenities collection featuring a rooftop oasis.
