Morse Executive Director, Related Ross Foundation ENGAGEMENTS AND EVENTS Engagements and Events Events & Happenings Community Wellness Fair Related Ross Foundation and The Promise Fund present the First Annual Community Wellness Fair—a free, family-friendly day of health and connection at Heart & Soul Park in the Historic Northwest on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 10 AM–2 PM. Enjoy health screenings, live entertainment, sports-themed activities, food, prizes, and community resources—all during Super Bowl weekend. This year’s fair is made possible by sponsors and partners, including ESPN, Cleveland Clinic, and Palm Health Foundation. Rhythms of Humanity In October 2025, the Historic Northwest District came alive with the inaugural Rhythms of Humanity, a free, family-friendly block party hosted by Rohi's Readery sponsored by the Related Ross Foundation with volunteers from the Miami Dolphins’ Third Annual Football UNITES™ Jason Jenkins Days of Service. The event celebrated a century of music, culture, and literacy, drawing more than 350 attendees to honor the neighborhood’s vibrant legacy. Construction Matchmaking Event In October 2025, our Construction Matchmaking Event connected nearly 30 small businesses with four of our trade partners alongside Related Ross’s Executive Construction Management team, advancing Related Ross Foundation’s mission to foster education, employment, and community development. Together, we’re building opportunities that last for West Palm Beach. 2023 Media The Foundation launched with a lead gift of $8.35 million from Stephen M. Ross to Palm Beach State College, guaranteeing tuition-free education for students living in our target neighborhoods. 2024 Media Related Ross pledged $1 million through the Foundation to help reimagine and enhance Roosevelt Elementary School. 2025 Media The Foundation began active grant-making to support nonprofit organizations that foster economic mobility, neighborhood stability, and educational access. 2028 Media Beginning in 2028, charitable contributions from the Related Ross Foundation and its business partners are projected to exceed $1.5 million annually, with expected growth reaching over $2.5 million per year within the next decade. Partners Partners Partners Business Partners Office tenants at Related Ross buildings advance the mission of Related Ross Foundation by contributing $1 per square foot of leased space each year to support grant-making activities.As of Fall 2025, more than 40 businesses have committed over $400,000 in ongoing annual support. With 1.5 million square feet currently under management and another 1 million square feet in development, contributions from Related Ross Foundation’s business partners are expected to surpass $2 million annually over the next ten years.
