Bryan N. Cho is Executive Vice President and leads the residential portfolio at Related Ross, where he guides the firm’s vision for next-generation residential living across South Florida. Bryan oversees all facets of Related Ross’s residential platform, from early concept and predevelopment to the creation of distinctive lifestyle programs and ownership experiences for residents.
Since joining Related Companies in 2000, Bryan has been instrumental in shaping the firm’s celebrated portfolio of luxury residences that have redefined modern urban living. His work includes the development of Robert A. M. Stern’s first luxury condominium, The Chatham, the architectural landmark 450 Washington in Tribeca, and The Set, Related’s pioneering luxury rental residences designed with the comforts and hospitality of hotel living. Over the course of his career, he has led more than $20 billion in development ventures, delivering nearly 6,000 residences across the country, including affordable housing, luxury condominiums, and senior living communities.
Today, Bryan’s focus is on advancing Related Ross’s residential platform in South Florida, where he is shaping a cohesive vision that blends design excellence and bespoke owner experiences. His work includes developing innovative programs such as Artisan Home and Rogers by Related Ross, which extend the firm’s commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and curated living beyond the building.
He a loge time trustee of the Bowery Mission, 150 year old homeless service non-profit in New York City, the Stoneybook School in Stoneybrook Long Island, and is a current trustee of the Buckley School in New York City. A Princeton University graduate with an A.B. cum laude in Politics, Bryan brings a deep understanding of how thoughtful design and service can enhance both property value and the human experience of home.
