Jordan Bargas is Executive Vice President at Related Ross, where he leads major mixed-use developments and acquisitions across Palm Beach County. Since joining Related Companies in 2015, Jordan has advanced through senior roles in New York and South Florida, overseeing strategy and execution of transformative projects spanning office, residential, hospitality and mixed-use asset classes.
Jordan played a key role in marquee projects including Hudson Yards in New York, the largest private real estate development in U.S. history. Now back in his native Palm Beach County, he plays a central role in shaping Related Ross’ South Florida expansion, delivering generational projects that support economic growth while forging strategic partnerships in education, healthcare, transportation, and entertainment. His leadership emphasizes long-term strategic vision, architectural excellence, sustainable development, and meaningful community impact.
In addition to his development work, Jordan chairs the Related Ross Foundation, guiding the company’s philanthropic and community initiatives across Palm Beach County. He also serves on the boards of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge and the Cox Science Center and Aquarium.
Before joining Related, Jordan worked in investment sales at Eastdil Secured, advising institutional clients on complex portfolio and asset transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.
