With over 7 years of tenure at Related, Mac Fillet is a Vice President of Development. Mac first joined Related’s New York City office in 2017, before transferring to San Francisco in 2022. In late 2024, he relocated to West Palm Beach to join the Related Ross development team focusing on mixed-use development across Palm Beach County. Mac has experience in all facets of development including deal sourcing, entitlement, design, financing, leasing and asset management.
Mac led development for Related’s $10 billion, 240-acre masterplan, adjacent to Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA. The project is a public-private partnership, entitled for over 9 million square feet of mixed-use development including 4 million square feet of office, 1,680 residential units, 1.6 million square feet of industrial, two hotels, and 800,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment space.
Prior to Related, he worked at Lincoln International and Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of the Indiana University with a dual major in Finance and Accounting.
