Tyler Vinal serves as the General Counsel of Related Ross, where he acts as the chief legal officer and a strategic advisor for the organization. In this role, he leverages his extensive legal expertise to guide the company through complex real estate transactions.
Before joining Related Ross, Tyler was Counsel in the Real Estate Department at Vinson & Elkins LLP in New York City. There, he played a pivotal role as the lead transactional attorney for the ground up development of several of Related Ross’ existing assets in West Palm Beach, including the Hilton Hotel, 360 Rosemary, One Flagler, The Laurel, and the Restoration Hardware Gallery. He also managed the acquisition and financing of the CityPlace Tower office building and led various financing and equity structuring initiatives for the retail center known as CityPlace.
Tyler’s expertise extends to overseeing over $1 billion in acquisition, debt and equity transactions on behalf of Related Companies in New York, including representing Related Companies in the development of a mixed use project in Willets Point, Queens, that includes 25,000-seat soccer stadium, hotel, commercial complex, affordable residential buildings, and various municipal and public uses.
Tyler earned his Bachelor’s degree cum laude in English Literature from Marist College and holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University.
