Zack Peterson is a seasoned construction professional with nearly two decades of experience in large-scale project development. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University in 2006 and spent the next 15 years at Mortenson Construction, playing a key role in expanding the company’s Sports Division. Zack contributed to the successful delivery of nearly $4 billion in projects across the U.S., including high-profile venues like the Golden State Warriors' Chase Center, the University of Louisville YUM! Arena, and the University of Nebraska Pinnacle Bank Arena. His expertise spans preconstruction, design management, project buyout, and full project execution across sports, healthcare, hospitality, and entertainment sectors.
In 2021, Zack joined Related Urban as Senior Preconstruction Manager for the Related Santa Clara project. In 2024, he was promoted and relocated to West Palm Beach as Vice President of Preconstruction & Procurement for Related Ross. In this role, he oversees design coordination, budget development, and procurement strategy across the company’s portfolio, helping ensure projects are delivered with excellence in quality, cost, and schedule.
