West Palm Beach, Florida (January 21, 2026) – Today, Related Ross announced it has appointed Duncan McCuaig as Executive Vice President of Office Leasing. McCuaig, an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, joins Related Ross from Brookfield Properties to expand the company’s office leasing operations, reporting to Jordan Rathlev, Executive Vice President.

McCuaig joins the firm following a distinguished tenure at Brookfield Properties, where he served as Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing for the U.S. Office Division. As a key member of the New York leadership group, he and his team were directly responsible for the leasing and revenue generation of Brookfield’s New York City and Boston Office portfolios, which comprises 31 million square feet of Class A and Trophy office space with an aggregate value in excess of $25 billion.

In his role as Executive Vice President of Office Leasing, McCuaig will partner in the office leasing strategy across the Related Ross commercial portfolio, working closely with development, design, and operations teams to ensure office environments are positioned to meet the evolving needs of today’s leading companies. He will focus on tenant curation and working closely with the existing leasing team to develop the long-term portfolio strategy to support the firm’s broader vision for delivering dynamic Class-AA work environments.
During his time at Brookfield, McCuaig spearheaded some of the most significant lease negotiations in the New York market. His track record includes securing 1.3 million square feet for Morgan Stanley at One New York Plaza, as well as anchoring new construction projects One and Two Manhattan West with tenants such as Skadden,Cravath, EY, KPMG, DE Shaw the NHL, and Accenture. He also played a pivotal role in the redevelopment and leasing of 5 Manhattan West, Lever House, and 660 Fifth Avenue, attracting world-class firms including Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, and Citadel. Most recently, McCuaig also oversaw leasing at Brookfield Place, where he successfully executed in excess of 1M square feet of new and renewal commitments from several renowned financial firms.
