Designed to give tenants the ability to move into fully curated, move-in-ready workspaces with greater speed and ease, initial installations are expected to debut later this year at properties in downtown West Palm Beach and CityPlace. Upgrades include a full re-skinning of the building facade, the replacement of the ground-floor arcade with 13-foot, floor-to-ceiling glass to activate new mixed-use retail, and reimagined programming that includes an Empire & Co. designed and furnished spec suite. As part of the partnership, Empire & Co. will also furnish Related Ross’ management office at the property.
