Related Ross Foundation Sends 150 Palm Beach County Students to Summer Camp Through Build Together Program

Community initiative expands access to summer enrichment opportunities for local students and working families as demand continues to grow

West Palm Beach, FL – July 6, 2026 – The Related Ross Foundation is helping 150 Palm Beach County elementary school students attend summer camp through its Build Together Summer Camp Scholarship Program, expanding access to educational and recreational opportunities for children who live in West Palm Beach. The initiative supports students from Northboro, Pleasant City, Roosevelt, U.B. Kinsey/Palmview and Westward Elementary Schools, helping students stay active and engaged during the summer months.

The 10-week program, which began this month, partners with local schools and camp providers across Palm Beach County to connect students with high-quality summer programming. This year, all 150 available scholarships were awarded, with demand continuing to grow.

"Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, explore, and build confidence during the summer months," said Jeremy Morse, Executive Director at the Related Ross Foundation. "For many families, however, the cost of camp puts those opportunities out of reach. Through the Build Together Summer Camp Scholarship Program, we're removing barriers to access while providing meaningful experiences for children, and this year’s overwhelming response reflects  the impact of these opportunities within our community."

Participating students are enrolled in a variety of summer programs that offer academic enrichment, arts and creative expression, sports and recreation, leadership development, and hands-on learning experiences designed to foster confidence, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

The Build Together Summer Camp Scholarship Program is made possible through funds raised at the Point72 and Related Ross ProAM, and in partnership with Systema Floyd, Cox Science Center and Aquarium, Rohi’s Readery, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County. Together, these partnerships expand access to safe, enriching summer experiences that support academic growth, confidence, and social development.

The program reflects the Related Ross Foundation's broader commitment to expanding educational opportunity and creating pathways for children and families to thrive. By investing in young people today, the Foundation is helping to invest in a stronger future for Palm Beach County.
