WEST PALM BEACH, FL (September 21, 2026) — Related Ross today announced that Tutto Caffe, the Italian café and bar from the family behind Tutto il Giorno and Tutto Mare, will open at South Flagler House in Fall 2027. The new location will bring Tutto Caffe’s specialty coffee, Italian pastries, paninis, wine and cocktails to the community and residents of the luxury waterfront development located at 1355 South Flagler Drive.
The South Flagler House outpost marks the first Tutto Caffe in West Palm Beach and follows the café format Founders Gianpaolo and Gabrielle de Felice, and David and Gally Mayer introduced in East Hampton in 2022. Offering breakfast, lunch and late-afternoon service in an indoor-outdoor setting, the 3,500-square-foot space is being designed by Gabby Karan de Felice in collaboration with Bonetti/Kozerski, continuing the casual, sophisticated approach found across Tutto’s existing locations.

The new Tutto Caffe will introduce West Palm Beach to the brand’s specialty coffee, developed in Costa Rica by the families behind Tutto. Gianpaolo de Felice and David Mayer spent more than a year refining a Neapolitan-inspired flavor profile rooted in de Felice’s Southern Italian heritage, using 100% regenerative beans harvested by local farmers. The coffee program also supports Soccer for My Country, an initiative benefiting underserved youth in Costa Rica.
“Our family is spending more and more time in Florida, and we’ve watched many of the same friends and guests we know from the Hamptons make that connection between the two places,” said Gianpaolo de Felice, co-founder of Tutto. “We wanted to create the kind of café we would want to spend time in ourselves, and South Flagler House felt like a natural fit for that: beautiful surroundings, a strong sense of community and people who care about true, everyday quality.”
The opening will extend Tutto’s presence in South Florida following the 2026 debut of Tutto Mare, the family’s waterfront restaurant in Palm Beach. Tutto Caffe currently operates locations in East Hampton and Bridgehampton, while Tutto il Giorno has two locations in the Hamptons.
For South Flagler House residents, Tutto Caffe will also provide access to its personalized in-residence catering, and fresh baked goods served daily on the amenity level. Additional details on resident offerings will be announced closer to opening.
Developed by Related Ross at 1355 South Flagler Drive, South Flagler House comprises two 28-story waterfront towers designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, with interiors by Pembrooke & Ives. The property will feature 105 residences and 50,000 square feet of private amenities spanning dining, wellness, recreation and entertainment. Completion is expected in early 2027.
