West Palm Beach, FL (October 29, 2026) - Related Ross and CityPlace today announced Season of Glow, a reimagined holiday experience transforming the heart of downtown West Palm Beach into an immersive winter wonderland from November 14 through December 31. More than 1 million visitors are expected to visit CityPlace throughout the season, with the destination coming to life through artful light installations, festive entertainment, cultural performances, family programming, seasonal dining and shopping.
The season will officially begin on November 14 from 5-9pm with a community-wide celebration and the debut of Season of Glow. The evening will feature the first snowfall and lighting of the season, the opening of Santa’s Workshop presented by Bank of America, live entertainment from Richie Nuzz, Ballet Palm Beach and more, as well as activations within CityPlace’s Shops & Restaurants throughout the day. Audi West Palm Beach, official luxury automotive partner for the holiday season, will feature the all-new flagship Audi SQ9 onsite. During this time, guests who valet their car will get a free Audi-branded portable charger marking the start of the six weeks of holiday events across the neighborhood together.
“CityPlace has always been a gathering place for the residents and visitors of West Palm Beach, and the holidays give us an opportunity to create something truly memorable for our community,” said Kenneth A. Himmel, President and CEO of Related Ross. “With Season of Glow, we’re building on traditions people have come to love while introducing a new level of creativity, design and discovery across the destination.”
At the center of Season of Glow is the new Discovery Tree presented by Florida Power & Light Company, a striking new holiday centerpiece envisioned as a sister to CityPlace’s iconic Wishing Tree. The tree anchors a property-wide lighting transformation by Blachere Illumination, the internationally renowned lighting house behind displays on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, at Hudson Yards in New York and Harrods in London, bringing its signature holiday lighting to CityPlace for the season.
From the Discovery Tree outward, Blachere’s illuminations stretch across CityPlace, wrapping its streets, plazas and gathering spaces in light and turning the neighborhood into a glowing holiday destination for West Palm Beach. Shimmering installations including canopies, archways and light sculptures trace the walk between the Discovery Tree and the Wishing Tree along to shops and restaurants, inviting residents and visitors to stroll, shop, dine and linger beneath a canopy of light each evening of the season.
“The holidays are one of the most anticipated times of year at CityPlace, and Season of Glow gives us an opportunity to build on what makes the season so special,” said Webber Hudson, Executive Vice President, Retail Leasing and Asset Management at Related Ross. “Alongside our partners, restaurants and retailers, we’re creating something that feels distinctly CityPlace, bringing together exceptional design, entertainment, dining and community traditions in one destination. Whether someone is visiting for Santa, dinner, shopping or simply to see the lights, there will be something new to discover throughout the season.”
Season of Glow will continue through December 31, with visitors invited to return throughout the season for holiday traditions, entertainment and special programming across CityPlace, including:
As the official luxury automotive partner of CityPlace’s holiday season, Audi SQ9 will be part of the festivities throughout the six-week celebration. In addition to its vehicle display, Audi SQ9 will take over CityPlace’s valet stands for the season and surprise guests with special giveaways and experiences. Visitors will also receive limited-edition power banks to “power the lights” throughout the holidays, while supplies last.
Beyond CityPlace’s signature programming, restaurants and retailers throughout the neighborhood will offer their own ways to celebrate, from festive dining experiences and seasonal menus to holiday shopping events, limited-time offerings and family-friendly activations.

ABOUT BISSINGER’S HANDCRAFTED CHOCOLATIER
The Bissinger family began its storied tradition of crafting confections in 17th century France, where our legendary chocolate was enjoyed by European nobility and heads of state. According to accounts passed down from generation to generation, Bissinger's confections were a delicacy among notable names such as Napoleon Bonaparte and the Rothschilds, and the family was even granted the title of Confiseur Imperial (Confectioner of the Empire) by King Louis XIV. Some years later, in 1845, Karl Bissinger would leave France, bringing his loyal master confectioner and all of the Bissinger family secrets to the United States. He settled just outside of Cincinnati, where he opened the very first Bissinger's kitchen in America. In 1927, his son, also named Karl, would carry on the Bissinger's tradition, opening his own kitchen in St. Louis- the city our company still calls home. To learn more, visit Bissingers.com.
