On February 8, Related hosted a memorable evening at Phillips Point in West Palm Beach, celebrating office tower One Flagler’s construction milestones to date. Related’s design and development team joined City of West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James, community partners, tenants, business leaders and members of the brokerage community for sunset hard hat tours of the iconic lifestyle office tower.

This summer, Related Life members gathered at Felice in CityPlace for a lively happy hour, bringing together tenant employees from across the Related Ross office portfolio. Guests enjoyed refreshing drinks, signature light bites, and the opportunity to connect and network with peers from neighboring buildings.

As part of Related Together’s ongoing efforts to uplift communities through education and youth development, the June 27 closing ceremony of the Stephen M. Ross Emerging Scholars Early College Summer Academy celebrated the achievements of 275 middle and high school students. Stephen Ross inspired the students to pursue their passions and believe in their potential. The event also highlighted the academy’s mission to empower diverse students through college readiness, mentorship, and academic enrichment.

The Related Life experience program offers curated events and wellness activations for tenants of the Related Ross Office Collection. As part of the program, the Related Life team hosted an exclusive SoulCycle ride at CityPlace, led by Master Instructor Melanie Griffith, followed by a high-energy reception for tenants to connect and recharge.

Innovative sculptor and artist Fred Eversley has unveiled a new private-public art installation at One Flagler titled PORTALS. One Flagler is adjacent to the First Church of Christ, Scientist, one of the most architecturally significant historic structures in West Palm Beach. The eight sculptures comprising PORTALS refer to the eight columns of the church, anchoring the waterfront greenbelt.

Representing the first-ever large-scale public and private collaboration for a world-renowned artist in West Palm Beach, Material (SG) II by British Nigerian artist Yinka Shonibare, CBE serves as the artistic anchor of 360 Rosemary. The colorful hand-painted fiberglass sculpture stands 20 feet tall, representing the movement of wind frozen in time.

Downtown West Palm Beach has launched a groundbreaking autonomous shuttle pilot program featuring the MiCa, a fully electric, self-driving vehicle operating on a 0.9-mile route. In partnership with Guident, Auve Tech, Circuit Transit, and Related Ross, the initiative aims to advance smart, sustainable urban mobility. As MiCa’s first U.S. deployment, the project collects real-world data to enhance safety and efficiency while supporting the city's vision for a more connected, pedestrian-friendly downtown.
